CCK Support aims to provide a high quality service for people aged over 18 years old and who have the need for assistance, whether that be of a domiciliary nature or for those who have the need of a mental health support worker or more specialist support in Brain Injury.

Our carers have experience in caring for clients with various conditions, to name a few: Heart Disease, Cancer Care, Dementia, Stroke, Arthritis, Post Surgery, Diabetes, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Palliative Care, Alcohol and Drug Dependence (Past or Present), Mental Health, Brain Injuries, Learning Disability, Physical Disability, Elderly Care, Hospital Discharge, Medication Assistance, Sensory Impairment, Respite Cover.
Our services include: Personal Hygiene Care, Domestic and Cleaning, Gardening, Food Preparation and Serving, Help with Laundry, Shopping, Social Visits, Transport and Help with Appointments. To name a few.
