"I approached CCK Support Sept 2015. Up till this time I had used other agencies and experienced late calls / calls too early / missed calls. I was always told won't let you down, we always call at times to suit and will always make sure you are covered if anything goes wrong. It was my intention never to have support workers again. I approached CCK Support after reading their website plus CQC gave them a great report and very good. Spoke with Kate at CCK Support who promised me the moon and said we work around you. Which I've heard before. Kate's words have stuck, I've got a great team of Care Workers. Always arrive on time, don't cut corners, to their full time and pleasant, well mannered, tidy after them, shake hands when they leave. Very pleased, brilliant company. Way to go guys. All that is done, very very much appreciated. Thank you all."

"All the workers are good, chatty and have phoned me if they notice anything out of the ordinary regarding my mother's wellbeing and her property, ie. they noticed a cracked window, leaking kettle and they check to make sure she is eating. She cooks her own meals and they check her recycle bin for potato peeling which she wraps up daily and puts in there. They try and get my mum to go to the shop in the summer, they chat with her and treat her as a friend. I have been very pleased with all of them. Thanks you."
